And afterwords I never wanted to move again. It started out great. Then I hit half way and I ran into a little speed bump along the way called small hills and Bagley Creek that had a hill was at 75 degree. It was like Storm King all over again.

Still by the time I hit the half marathon point, I was being warned by the phone that my battery was very very very low so I ended it so I would have enough time to call the boyfriend. Sadly I still had about a mile left or so and it felt like forever considering, my feet were killing me, my legs were on fire including my lower back. But I made it to my end point with probably 14 to 14.5 miles on back. I was dead and never wanted to move but I was proud of what I had achieved.

Overall it was good though. The last 5 miles were brutal and the last two even worse. Still I think I might stick to 5k’s and 10k’s for a while.

Also my time came out to be 3:16:33. I hope maybe to improve it if I ever decide to do a half-marathon again. And I know I can if I never have to do small hills again.

So every time I’m on my run and I see a dog, I usually stop and pet it because how can I not. The boyfriend says I have a problem.

Still though today as I was petting these two little adorable black dogs, their owner asked me if my cell was my power source and that if I ran on photocells. I told him yes

Got about 10.5 miles done. I think it rained though. Like a lot and because where I live, it rains in periods of sprinkle, light rain, and hard rain, and only in certain areas. I feel like I got sprayed with a water hose. Even my feet were wet. Like when I got home, everything I was wearing was semi-soaked. So glad to be in warm clothes though.

Sun was out and everything was nice and pretty so that was a bonus. Because of said weather though I think it’s time maybe trade in the long sleeve winter running shirt to a regular running shirt, maybe. It’s days like these that it may look like spring outside but feels like winter with a hint of summer.

Bonus of finishing my run strawberry pancakes were waiting for me.

So now I lay in bed until I need to get up. I think if I could I would float everywhere just so i wouldn’t have to walk

Lightly rained through out most of it but I got it done. Next week I’m running 9. Kind of scared since I’ve never ran that far before but I know I can do it. The first few miles I know are always the hardest for me but after that it’s always turns into ‘Lets do this’

Also last week of the quater at PC and my spring break starts at 3:30 on Wednesday. I swear for all of my spring break, if I’m not running or working out or seeing the boyfriend I will be sleeping since I’ve earned it.
